Type 1 Keto

Keto Kickstarter

The Keto Kickstarter is a series of shopping lists, menus and blogs to explore keto diets on a budget. The average weekly shop over the two weeks is £28.50 per week, which is £10 less than the average UK spend on food per person. The shopping was done at supermarkets and the food was chosen to be of good quality, ethical, locally sourced and organic where possible. So, if you are on a very tight budget it can be done for less. The menus are simple with minimum preparation and use of utensils. This makes keto accessible on a budget. Enjoy!
