A pleasant day in prospect, and slightly cool as I heat up the Alps.

He cycled up to the top of the hill, and he cycled down again. An arduous climb to the top of a forest trail courtesy of the sat nav. At least I could see where I should have gone when I reached to top. The positive was that the view was lovely and the trail quiet and away from the traffic which was being compressed in the valleys between the mountains.

I can feel the fear and hear the noise even now as I cycle along that narrow strip with my head bent away from the tunnel wall.

The last week in ketosis. Considering the challenges of getting into ketosis in type 1 diabetes, 75% seems good. There were always ketones at lower levels, never zero.
