It looks a bit bland but it was hot and well cooked. In the cold and when hungry it was the best food. Mindful eating at its best.
It was cold and the ferry was there. But it would take several hours to get onboard.

Overnight ketones were all good. There was discrepancy of calibration that would persist. Note the reduction on ketones as the dawn effect built up. (see chapter on ketones)
